Disabled Veterans Special Housing Improvements Act of 1998 - Increases from $38,000 to $48,070 the maximum amount of authorized assistance from the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to permanently and totally disabled veterans for the purchase of specially adapted housing.
Directs the Secretary to adjust such amounts annually for inflation, beginning in FY 1999.
