Official title: To amend the Electronic Fund Transfer Act to prohibit any financial institution which accepts the direct deposit of veterans benefits paid by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs into the account of an accountholder from imposing any fee on the withdrawal of any amount from such account by such accountholder by electronic fund transfer, and for other purposes.

Veterans Benefits Check Protection Act - Amends the Electronic Fund Transfer Act to prohibit a financial institution from imposing withdrawal fees upon veterans benefits deposited electronically directly into the consumer's account and subsequently withdrawn from an electronic terminal.

Prohibits imposition of or increase in any other fee with respect to such an account unless the fee is also imposed at the same rate on other similar accounts which do not receive veterans' benefits deposits.
