Official title: To transfer oil and gas royalty auditing and reconciling functions of the Secretary of the Interior to the Secretary of the Treasury, and to direct the Secretary of the Treasury, in performing functions relating to auditing and reconciling oil and gas production activities, to exercise all available authorities to ensure the United States Government receives all amounts of royalties to which it is entitled.
