Michael Gillick Childhood Cancer Research Act - Directs the Administrator of the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry to conduct dose-reconstruction modeling and an epidemiological study of childhood cancer in Dover Township, New Jersey.

Authorizes the Administrator to make one or more grants to New Jersey to carry out the study.

Authorizes appropriations.
