Honors the ExploraVision Awards Program as an innovative national student science competition for its outstanding contribution to science education.

Awards a certificate of appreciation to the Toshiba Corporation and the National Science Teachers Association for their dedication to such Program.

Authorizes and requests the President to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to support the goals of such Program.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit copies of this resolution: (1) to specified Federal officials, to promote understanding of such Program among Federal and related agencies engaged in science education; and (2) to State Governors, governors of specified territories, and the mayor of the District of Columbia, to encourage more students to participate in such Program.
