Expresses the sense of the Congress that the Secretary of Commerce should ensure that: (1) the 2000 decennial census of population include the administration of a long-form questionnaire; (2) the content of such questionnaire include, at a minimum, specified subjects sent to the Congress by the Census Bureau on March 31, 1997; and (3) a sufficient number of households receive such questionnaire to ensure the availability of reliable data for small geographic areas.
