Intrastate Tow Truck Transportation Technical Correction Act of 1995 - Amends Federal transportation law to declare that provisions relating to the prohibition against State regulation of price, route, or service of a motor carrier (other than a carrier affiliated with a direct air carrier) or a private motor carrier that provides for the transportation of property shall not apply to the transportation for hire of a motor vehicle by a tow truck, if it is performed: (1) at the request of a law enforcement officer; or (2) without the prior consent of the owner of the motor vehicle (nonconsent tows).
