Medicaid Prostate Cancer Screening Act of 1995 - Amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to provide for Medicaid coverage of prostate cancer screening tests.

Makes such coverage mandatory. Provides for a 100 percent Federal match for costs of such prostate cancer screening tests.
