Truth in Credit Card Offers Act - Amends the Truth in Lending Act to declare that: (1) only one annual percentage rate of interest may be disclosed as the applicable rate for preapproved credit card solicitations or applications for an open end consumer credit plan; and (2) the typeface used to disclose such rate shall be twice as high as that used for any other item in the table.
