Flood Map Correction Act - Amends the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 to prohibit an area from being considered to be located within an area identified by the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards if the Director receives from the owner or lessee of the area at issue a written notice that includes: (1) information identifying such area; and (2) a certification by a licensed and bonded surveyor or by the Army Corps of Engineers that the elevation of the area is higher than the elevation required for inclusion in an area having special flood hazards.
