Community Partnerships Against Crime Amendments Act - Amends the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988 to entitle chapter 2 of subtitle C of title V of such Act as the Community Partnerships Against Crime Act of 1996.

Replaces the drug elimination pilot program with an expanded program of crime elimination grants for public and other low-income federally assisted housing.

Sets forth grant procedures for different size public housing agencies and federally assisted housing.

Authorizes appropriations.
