Lower East Side Tenement Museum National Historic Site Act of 1995 - Designates the Lower East Side Tenement Museum at 97 Orchard Street, New York, New York, as a National Historic Site.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to: (1) acquire the Site with donated or appropriated funds or to enter into a cooperative agreement with the Museum designed to assure preservation and interpretation of the Site; and (2) assist the Museum in acquiring real properties that it occupies or uses.

Authorizes appropriations.
