Eating Disorders Information and Education Act of 1995 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to provide for: (1) a program of information and education to the public concerning the prevention and treatment of eating disorders; and (2) the operation of toll-free telephone communications to aid in providing information and education on the prevention and treatment of eating disorders.

Authorizes appropriations.
