Congratulates the residents of Jerusalem and the people of Israel on the 3000th anniversary of King David's establishment of Jerusalem as the capital of the Jewish kindgom. Calls upon the President and the Secretary of State to issue a proclamation commemorating such anniversary and supporting the belief that Jerusalem must remain an undivided city and the eternal capital of Israel.
