Vietnam Veterans Memorial Commemorative Coin Act of 1994 - Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to issue a specified number of one-dollar silver coins emblematic of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.

Mandates that the surcharges collected from the sale of such coins be paid to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund to help raise an endowment for the Memorial's maintenance and for the addition of names.
