National Mentor Corps Act of 1993 - Amends the Elementary and Secondary Act of 1965 to include intergenerational mentoring programs among innovative projects which are local targeted assistance programs.

Authorizes the Secretary of Education to make a grant to or contract with one organization to establish and operate the National Resource Center for Intergenerational Mentoring.
