Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to enter into an agreement with the Monmouth County Vocational School District (or a successor) to permit the use by the District of specified properties for the purpose of developing and operating, without cost to the National Park Service, a secondary school program to be known as the Marine Academy of Science and Technology.
Sets forth provisions with respect to: (1) reversion of properties that are not used by the District for a secondary school program; (2) rehabilitation of other property for park uses; and (3) reimbursement of expenses.
