F.B.I. Volunteer Act of 1994 - Amends the Federal judicial code to authorize the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to: (1) solicit, utilize, and administer personal property acquired in the name of the United States and obtained by gift or otherwise for use at FBI tour and training facilities; (2) recruit, train, and accept the services of individuals or entities, without compensation, as volunteers for or in aid of such facilities; and (3) provide for incidental expenses incurred from such gifts or volunteers.
