Immigration-Related Employment Anti-Discrimination Enhancement and Enforcement Act of 1994 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to expand the scope of unfair immigration related employment provisions, including: (1) disparate impact claims; (2) compensatory and punitive damage remedies; and (3) back pay limitations.

Authorizes appropriations for related enforcement and outreach activities.
