President Harry S Truman Congressional Gold Medal Act - Authorizes the President, on behalf of the Congress, to present a gold medal to Margaret Truman Daniel in recognition of the accomplishments of President Harry S Truman on the 50th anniversary of his first inauguration. Authorizes appropriations.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to provide for the sale of bronze duplicates of the medal.
