Jobs Friendly America Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow accelerated depreciation for equipment used by any corporation having a majority of its manufacturing equipment in the United States.

Reduces corporate and individual capital gains rates.

Repeals the deferral on earnings of controlled foreign corporations invested in excess passive assets.
