Movement Disorders Research Amendments of 1993 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to authorize the Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), acting through the Directors of the appropriate national research institutes, to make grants to, or enter into contracts with, public or nonprofit private entities for the development and operation of centers to conduct basic and clinical research on movement disorders.

Requires this Act to be carried out with funds otherwise appropriated for NIH activities.
