Bank Deposit Insurance Amendments of 1993 - Amends the Federal Deposit Insurance Act to provide continued Federal deposit insurance for trust funds held on deposit by a minority- or women-owned insured depository institution as trustee pursuant to any revocable trust established under the Bank Deposit Financial Assistance Program of the Department of Energy.
