Women's Health Environmental Factors Research Act of 1993 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to require the Director of the National Cancer Institute to carry out research on the effects of environmental factors on women's health conditions, including their effect on breast cancer, immune disfunction, and estrogen-like and related compounds.

Authorizes appropriations.
