Plain-English summary
Twin Falls County Landfill Act of 1993 - Requires the Secretary of the Interior to convey specified lands in Twin Falls County, Idaho, to the County for use as a public landfill in exchange for payment of fair market value for the land by the grantee.
Reserves Federal mineral rights underlying the lands and the right to enter the property to remove minerals in accordance with applicable mining laws.
Reverts such lands to the United States if they are not used to establish or operate a landfill within 12 months after the conveyance is made unless such lands are contaminated with a hazardous substance on the date such reversion would otherwise take effect.
