Firearm Fatality Reporting System Act - Amends the Public Health Service Act to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to cooperate with the States to establish a national system to collect, organize, and make available data relating to fatalities caused by firearms as may be useful to public officials making decisions on the protection of the public health with respect to firearms.

Authorizes appropriations.
