Criminal Aliens Incarceration Act of 1993 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act (Act) to permit the deportation of an alien in Federal or State detention prior to sentence completion.

Amends Federal law to require a court to issue a deportation order as part of the sentencing order for an alien convicted of an aggravated felony. Amends the Act to provide for such deportations.

Provides for Federal incarceration, upon State request, of undocumented criminal aliens.
