Catawba Indian Tribe of South Carolina Land Claims Settlement Act of 1993 - Restores and extends Federal recognition, rights, and services to the Catawba Nation (Tribe).

Repeals the Termination Act (of 1959).

Authorizes settlement appropriations.

Provides for: (1) ratification of prior transfers and extinguishment of aboriginal title, rights, and claims; (2) tribal membership; (3) transitional and provisional government; (4) tribal and reservation governance, jurisdiction, and trust funds; and (5) taxation.

Provides for: (1) the conveyance of the Catawba Reservation by South Carolina to the United States as trustee; and (2) the expansion of the Reservation as prescribed by the Settlement Agreement.

Makes the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act inapplicable to the Tribe.

Applies the Indian Tribal Government Tax Status Act to the Tribe and Reservation.
