Midnight Basketball League Training and Partnership Act - Amends the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act to direct the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to make grants to establish midnight basketball league training and partnership programs incorporating employment counseling and training and other educational activities for residents of public housing and federally assisted housing.
Directs the Secretary to: (1) establish a related advisory committee; and (2) provide a grant to one eligible entity to study the effectiveness of such programs.
