Federal Land Management Professionalization Act - Amends the National Park Service Organic Act to require the Director of the National Park Service to be appointed by the President, (currently, by the Secretary of the Interior) by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, for a five-year term. Requires the Director to have substantial experience in park management and natural or cultural resource conservation.

Amends the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 and the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956 to require the Director of the Bureau of Land Management and the Director of the Fish and Wildlife Service, respectively, to serve five-year terms.

Requires the Forest Service to have as its head a Chief to be appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, for a five-year term. Requires the Chief to have substantial experience in forestry managment and Federal land conservation.
