Merit Systems Protection Board Administrative Judges Protection Act of 1993 - Amends Federal law to: (1) eliminate the status of "administrative judges of the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB)" (who are subject to removal, suspension, and performance appraisal by their agency on their hearing and decision-making functions); and (2) deem existing MSPB administrative judges to be administrative law judges (who are not subject to such agency action).
