Child Immunization Incentive Act of 1993 - Amends part A (Aid to Families with Dependent Children) (AFDC) of title IV of the Social Security Act to: (1) deny AFDC for children under six who have not received periodic examinations by a physician or immunizations; and (2) require State outreach activities with respect to preventive health care and immunizations for pre-school children.

Amends the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act to require providers assisted under such Act to require each child receiving their services to receive immunizations in accordance with the recommendations issued by the Surgeon General pursuant to this Act.
