Drive By Shooting Act of 1993 - Amends the Federal criminal code to set forth penalties for discharging a firearm from within a motor vehicle that has been transported, shipped, or received in interstate or foreign commerce and thereby causing a grave risk to the life of another person (if death results, a fine, imprisonment for up to life, or both; and in any other case, a fine, imprisonment for up to 30 years, or both).
