Expresses the sense of the Congress that: (1) the U.S. Customs Service should reestablish a unit specifically tasked with enforcing laws prohibiting child exploitation and pornography and prosecuting violators of those laws; and (2) the efforts of this reestablished unit should equal or exceed those of the U.S. Customs Child Pornography and Protection Unit in FY 1990.
