During consideration of the bill, all points of order against provisions of the bill, as amended pursuant to this resolution, for failure to comply with clause 2 of rule XXI are waived with certain specified exceptions. Where points of order are waived against only part of a paragraph, a point of order against matter in the balance of the paragraph may be applied only within the balance of the paragraph and not against the balance of the paragraph. Measure will be read by paragraph. Bill is open to amendments. The amendment printed in part 1 of the report accompanying this resolution shall be considered as adopted and made part of the original bill for further amendment.
