Sentencing Enforcement Act of 1992 - Amends the Federal criminal code to require a court that reduces the term of imprisonment on the grounds of the prisoner's ill health to order the return of such prisoner to complete the original sentence if the prisoner recovers good health. Establishes a rebuttable presumption that the prisoner's entry into full-time employment establishes the good health of the prisoner for purposes of this provision.
