Filipino Veterans' Equity Act of 1992 - Amends the Immigration Act of 1990 to extend the naturalization application deadline for certain Filipino veterans of World War II.

States that military service records authenticated by the Government of the Philippines shall be accepted to certify qualifying military service.

Permits the naturalization examination and oath to be given in the Philippines.

Grants special immigrant status for spouses and sons and daughters of such veterans.
