Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1994, the duty on: (1) 1-naphthalene sulfonic acid, 6-diazo-5,6, dihydro-5-oxo-, ester with phenyl (2,3,4 trihydroxy-phenal) methanone (Z-2000); (2) 2-diazo-1-oxo-naphthalene-4-sulphonic-acid,-p-cumyl ester (SD-2484); (3) 1-naphthalene sulfonic acid, 6-diazo-5,6-hydro-5-oxo- (octahydro-4,7-methano-1H-indene-2,5-diyl) bis methylene ester (ER-1388); and (4) 2,1,5-diazonaphtho-quinone sulfonic acid ester with 2,3,4-trihydroxy benzophenone (ER-999).
