Individuals With Disabilities Transportation Assistance Act of 1992 - Amends the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 to authorize the Commissioner of the Rehabilitation Services Administration to make discretionary competition grants to public and nonprofit private organizations (including Indian tribes), and formula grants to States, for the provision of transportation service between the homes of eligible individuals with disabilities and the places where they are: (1) employed; (2) seeking employment; or (3) receiving vocational rehabilitation services. Requires States to provide certain matching funds for the formula grants. Sets forth specified grant requirements.
Requires the Commissioner to submit a report to the Congress.
Authorizes appropriations.
