To provide that any interim pay adjustment under the Federal Employees Comparability Act of 1990 which becomes payable to a Federal employee as a result of a revision in the boundaries of a metropolitan or other statistical area in calendar year 1992 shall be payable as if the revision had been effective as of the beginning of such year.

Provides that if, as a result of a revision in the boundaries of a metropolitan statistical area which is due to the 1990 census, a Federal employee becomes entitled to an interim geographic pay adjustment under the Federal Employees Pay Comparability Act of 1990 or a special pay adjustment under the Federal Law Enforcement Pay Reform Act of 1990, such employee shall, subject to specified conditions, be entitled to receive, in a lump sum, the total additional pay to which such employee would have been entitled under such Acts, for the period beginning on January 1, 1992, and ending on the effective date of the revision, as if the revised boundaries had been in effect as of the beginning of such period.
