Shareholder Information Improvement Act of 1991 - Amends the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to require each issuer of registered securities to include in its annual financial statement report information on the total number of people employed (for the current year and most recent four years), and the goods produced or services provided, by the issuer (including its subsidiaries and affiliates) in each country in which it operates.
