Amends the Older Americans Act of 1965 to require the Commissioner of the Administration on Aging to fund model volunteer service credit demonstration projects (which permit elderly individuals to earn credits for providing volunteer services for other older individuals which may be redeemed later in order to receive similar volunteer services) that will demonstrate methods to improve or expand supportive or nutrition services or otherwise promote the well-being of older individuals.
