Plain-English summary
Health Care Workers Information Act - Requires the Director of the National Center for Health Statistics to collect information and prepare a report containing demographic information on home health care aides and nursing home aides and the locations in which they are employed.
Requires the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics to collect information and prepare a report on both kinds of aides containing specified types of information relating to conditions of employment and employment benefits.
Requires the Commissioner to include an occupational code for each kind of aide in each wage survey conducted by the Bureau.
