Older Americans Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Act - Amends the Older Americans Act of 1965 to expand the preventive health services program to include disease prevention and health promotion services and information provided at congregate meal sites and through home-delivered meals programs, as well as senior centers.

Authorizes appropriations for FY 1992 through 1995 for the preventive health services program.
