Enclave Fire Protection Act of 1991 - Requires a Federal, State, or regional enclave which relies on the services of the emergency response personnel of a subordinate jurisdiction to cooperate with such personnel when they are planning for and responding to emergencies involving the enclave. Permits such enclaves to take the steps necessary to protect national security information.
