Congratulates the residents of Jerusalem and the peopole of Israel on the 25th anniversary of the reunification of that city.

Urges that: (1) Jerusalem remain an undivided city in which the rights of every ethnic and religious group are protected; and (2) the President and Secretary of State issue an unequivocal statement in support of such principle.
