Eisenhower Exchange Fellowship Act of 1990
Provides for a permanent endowment for the Eisenhower Exchange Fellowship Program.
Establishes the Eisenhower Exchange Fellowship Program Trust Fund in the Treasury. Provides for expenditures from and audit of such Trust Fund.
Authorizes appropriations.
Requires that at least half of the annual income on such endowment be available only to assist U.S. fellows in traveling to and studying in emerging European democracies.
Requires Eisenhower Exchange Fellowships, Inc., (EEFI) to report on its operations to the President and the Congress following any fiscal year in which it receives funds under this Act.
Provides that this Act shall not affect EEFI's status or contributions to it under the Internal Revenue Code.
