The rule waives all points of order against the consideration of the conference report for failure to comply with the provisions of clause 2 of rule XXVIII and all points of order against the motions printed in the joint statement of the managers to dispose of Senate amendments Nos. 22, 23, 44, 69, 122, 201, 289 and 295 for failure to comply with the provisions of clause 7 of rule XVI.
