Official title: To require the Attorney General of the United States to promptly increase activity with respect to the criminal referrals involving savings associations which are pending before the Department of Justice, to require quarterly appearances by the Attorney General before committees of the Congress to report on progress being made in investigating and prosecuting cases involving fraud and embezzlement in savings associations, and for other purposes.
