Farms for the Future Act of 1990 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to establish the Agricultural Resource Conservation Demonstration Program to provide Federal guarantees and interest rate assistance for loans made by lending institutions to State trust funds.

Authorizes the Secretary to establish in the Treasury the Agricultural Resource Conservation Revolving Fund.

Terminates the Program on September 30, 1996.
